Ritu Beri is one of the TOP Bollywood fashion designers in India. Ritu Beri has accomplished what most designers dream of and we bring you her: 7 Rules to Success for Fashion Designers: #1 Take Tough Challenges #2 Be Persistent #3 Compete with yourself, do your best work #4 Be Scared of being #1 #5 Break Rules: Set your own trends #6 Find Inspiration everywhere #7 Discover What Fires You Transcript: 00:11 So Ritu Beri used to, and I love doing it, even today, I used to take the toughest challenge and I'd say, okay, now I'm going to do a fashion show. When I launched myself as a designer, designers used to do a double designers shows in the sense that would be two designers would be presenting, you know, in a banquet hall, and it was all very organized. So I decided that I'm going to launch myself as a designer and I'm going to not do it with anybody else. I'm going to do a solo show. So all the headaches were on me and then I have challenged myself and I said, I'm not going to do it in a banquet hall. I'm going to do it at the Moody Gardens. Because as a kid I used to walk at the Moody Gardens and this beautiful monument. And I used to always go there and be mesmerized. 00:56 So I decided this is going to be the venue of my shoe. And to add to that, I say, I'm not going to use recorded music. I'm going to get real musicians. Because what I named my collection was a retrospective of the Indian fashion industry, so I went through ancient India, medieval India to modern India, and I went and approach to start, um, to the ECON. Soccer was in hurry, preset you. I got all of them to agree to do the music life for me. And then I was a little designer brand new out of the fashion institution, not knowing what I was doing, but I was presenting my collection at the garden. So I went through the necessary permissions. But the system is duff. So, um, apparently ludy gardens comes under many, many different corporations, so it became a very political event and I had to get permissions and licenses, which apparently I was not aware of. 01:57 I got a few thinking that that was all that I needed. So it became a huge challenge and a huge, um, the press went mad, especially Indian Express. They had me on the cover of every new, every newspaper for the next five days, which was super fun. At one level I had, I had no budgets to pay for publicity. So then I was on the front page and everybody was saying, who is this with dewberry, you know, we've never heard of barry and I became a household name with my very first show. So I really don't take any, any challenge as a problem. It's, there's no such thing as an impossible situation. And I think it's fun to experiment. It's fun to, you know, pave your own path and do something new. Or 02:47 when I was 02:47 in design school lives to go to the library and all I was looking for because I used to enjoy embroideries and I was inspired by embroideries. All I looked for books and Roswell, Assad and weren't many books, but you know, they used to have these uh, design magazines and they'd be a mention of embroidery by Francois lasage. So I've, I've went to London and I looked for books in libraries, but there was very little that I really found, and this was this strange, uh, but I think it was destined. I went to Paris, I think this was [inaudible] 93 or 92. And I was sitting with a very, very important person from Cartier in Paris and she said, is there anybody in the fashion business that you would like to meet? And the only name that completely lit up. And she says, she laughed at me and she said, you are you asking for the moon 03:42 He meets nobody. But, uh, she said, I'll give you his phone number and if you get somewhere, it's completely all luck. All I did for the next four days in Paris was go to a booth, make a goal to a for go have a coffee, go back to the booth. I did this. I think I must have made about 30 calls to him. And, uh, I didn't speak French and the secretary would pick up and she would just speak in French. I had no way to get to him. Finally, I tried really hard and I said to you, would you, do you know somebody who speaks English in the office? 05:04 So all these number ones that everybody was trying to say, I was the first here and number one here. And I like to, um, my competition is only with myself and I, I really mean that because since I began it, Dilla was in junior school, it was about my report card and I had to be the first in class, but when I hit senior school it all changed for me because, um, I was lost and I think I started getting creative and creative people are a bit mad and they don't see everything so rationally. Artificial Intelligence, is here to stay and is affecting all the major industries This tutorial walks you thru 13 areas where artificial intelligence is and could affect retail, beauty, clothing and fashion industry. 1. Supply Chain & Demand Projection: H&M announced that they were sitting on $4.3B of inventory, that is a lot of money that is sitting and being wasted. AI Solution: Using AI, it can use prediction analysis that which type of clothes, might not sell and create a combination of discounts, free shipping, product combo’s etc. to clear out the inventory that is most likely not to sell after a certain time period. Rue La La collaborated with MIT to experiment with AI technologies to improve demand forecasting. They developed a system that helped them predict the demand for products in their flash sales and accounted for data sources including brand information, product type, color, price and a range of other factors. This enabled them to optimize prices and generate a 10 percent increase in revenue without the extra burden of unused inventory or supplier costs.4 German e-commerce player Otto uses deep learning to analyze billions of transactions and is 90 percent accurate in forecasting what it will sell in the next 30 days. This insight allows it to order a couple of hundred thousand items each month from vendors with no human intervention. It has also cut surplus stock by 20 percent and reduced costly returns by 2 million items each year. 2. Photos for a new collection When you create new clothing line or launch a new collection, you have to take photos of all items to be posted on your website. It can be extremely cost sensitive because it involves models, photographers, makeup artists etc and you have ot manage their schedules and re-shoots can be a pain in the ass. There are AI companies that are enabling retailers to shoot images by putting clothes on mannequins and then replacing the mannequin with the 3D Image of the actual model. They did 3.GAP: Sorting Orders at Warehouse When you order a product on GAP or Amazon or any other online retailer, there are actual people on the other side picking and sorting products for you. It is a huge cost for because retailers have to pay them, it takes a longer time to sort products and most warehouses can’t function 24/7. AI Solution: GAP is testing and working with Kindered AI to train robots to pick and sort its products. * Imagine: Robots pick items of different sizes, puts them together in a nice box and drone brings it to your door. 4. Inventory Checks and Re-stocking Problem: today human beings go visit the racks and check if items need to be restocked. AI Solution: Camera’s and sensors can automagically sense what is missing and needs to be restocked and can pre-order it for you. And they can pair the understanding of the seasons, sales data etc to make sure they only order the item that is more likely to sell. And instead of getting new items manufactured, they can check if that item or similar item exists at other locations but its probability of selling at that location is low it, it can order it from there or ship it to the customer from there. 5. AI Designing Clothes Amazon is developing AI that combines hundreds of thousands of designs, fabrics etc to create something new that it interprets that could sell. Myntra’s brand Moda Rapido is powered by AI and works without human intervention to offer computer-generated designs, including T-shirts, jeans, kurtas, and shoes. The system is fed data from various sources, including customer data, social media, fashion publications etc., and creates thousands of combinations of designs, then hones in on what would sell well. It now has the highest gross margins compared to all other 14 brands under the Myntra portfolio. 6. Trend Forecasting Trend forecasting is big business. There are companies such as WGSN does that. They have employees that go thru thousands of images, look for patterns, new trends and sort them out to do trend forecast. AI: Analyzing which images, colors, style of photos that didn’t exist before but are getting high engagement. Combine that with data from hashtags, location, influencer, color distribution etc. AI can help analyze & predict upcoming trends.

Having knowledge about competitor analytics can help you get a head start on your marketing strategies. There are multiple competitor analysis tools available but Similarweb is one of my favorites. With Similarweb you can keep tabs on your competition and see where the site traffic is coming from and how many websites hits they are getting per month. You can also check out various social media traffic sources and use to create your marketing strategies. But one of my fav thing about this tool is that it enables me to see which country my competition is getting traffic from. So, if I see a particular country that I am not targeting with my ads but my competition is getting traffic, I would start runnings ads targeting audience in that country. Learn how to create fashion business plan in less than 20 mins instead of spending days/weeks/months creating one. How to start a fashion business? or How to start a clothing business? The first step is creating a fashion business plan or fashion business model. In the above video, we are going to learn how to create your fashion business plan in 20 mins. You must be wondering why 20 minutes, typical fashion business plan takes days/weeks to create. A perfect fashion business plan is a myth. Studies have shown that what separates successful fashion brands from unsuccessful is not the perfect plan but the ability to turn profitability before running out of resources. The way to start successful fashion business is not to spend weeks creating your perfect business plan but going out talking to your customers and modifying your fashion business model to adapt to customer’s needs. Time is a critical resource when you are starting a clothing line and you should not fall into the analysis paralysis path. Perfection is not the goal here, the goal is to create a snapshot of your initial thinking w.r.t. your customers, product, unique value proposition, revenue stream etc so you can establish a baseline as you are starting a clothing line and then modify/update it based on customer feedback. We are going to use a tool named Lean Canvas created by Ash Maurya in order to accomplish this. If you have any specific questions, please drop them in the comment and I will reply to them at my earliest convenience. Every time I visit any Fashion events, this has been one of the topics that often come up. Can Artificial Intelligence AI replace fashion designers? Fashion designer thinks it can not but tech folks say it can be done. So I started researching into what has been done and found 3 great examples for you. I want to give you a glimpse of what Amazon, Stitch Fix, and Myntra have been doing and using AI to design clothes. *************** Amazon: AI fashion designer *************** The effort points to ways in which Amazon and other companies could try to improve the tracking of trends in other areas of retail—making recommendations based on products popping up in social-media posts, for instance. And it could help the company expand its clothing business * “There’s been a whole move from companies like Amazon trying to understand how fashion develops in the world,” says Kavita Bala, a professor at Cornell University who took part in a workshop on machine learning and fashion organized by Amazon last week. A number of forward-thinking retailers are already using social networks like Instagram and Pinterest to track the latest fashion trends and react quickly. An Amazon team at Lab126, a research center based in San Francisco, has developed an algorithm that learns about a particular style of fashion from images, and can then generate new items in similar styles from scratch—essentially, a simple AI fashion designer. This work uses a cutting-edge tool called a generative adversarial network, or GAN. It consists of two deep neural networks operating in tandem to learn efficiently from raw data. The GAN internalizes the properties of a particular style simply by looking at lots of examples, and it can then apply that style to an existing item of clothing. *************** Stitch Fix *************** The in-house brand of subscription fashion startup Stitch Fix, Hybrid Designs employs a data science team that works with the company’s order data to predict which clothes customers will want to wear. The team identifies viable gaps in the company’s inventory—clothes that people would buy but a designer hasn’t made yet, says Stitch Fix chief algorithm officer Eric Colson. It works like this: A collection of three algorithms generate a starting point. The first algorithm picks three “parents,” recommended pieces of clothing that could be either combined or used as a template for a new piece. The second suggests three different attributes that have been shown to complement the parents’ style—maybe a different neckline or sleeves. And the third throws in a little bit of randomness, a suggestion that isn’t typical for the previously suggested style but might be interesting. Together, these algorithms search through a space of 30 trillion potential combinations of, for example, blouse attributes, to ultimately give just nine suggestions. *************** Myntra - Moda Rapido *************** Algorithms that would get their machines to produce images of T-shirts based on the discovered favorable attributes. It turned out that one category of the machine-created designs outsold the comparable category in each of the other 12 private brands owned by Myntra. Some of the other machine-created designs sold poorly, but the company knew they were onto something really big. “The core of the Rapid idea was to do fast fashion in an intelligent way, given that we have both a tech and a fashion DNA,” said Kenghe. “In the initial phase of the project, there was less machine and more designer-input. Over a period of time, there’s been more machine and less supervision.” Here&Now & Moda Rapido: By September, Moda Rapido and Here&Now were together bringing in sales of Rs12-13 crore every month, making them among the top 15 brands at Myntra. The two contribute 12.5% of Myntra’s private brand's sales, said, Narayanan. Moda Rapido and Here&Now are Myntra’s most profitable brands, **************** Other Videos You Might Like: **************** 13 Areas Artificial Intelligence will affect Fashion Industry https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9Lp51oiCTo What is Artificial Intelligence? Use these FREE Tools and SAVE Hours of A/B testing time by understanding Your Competitors Facebook Advertisements. The goal of this video is not to show you how to copy and paste your competitor's ads. The goal is for you to understand what is the 'research process,' so you can do that for your niche. As you start your competitive research, create an excel file with 3 worksheets, one for Small, Intermediate & Rockstar competitors. Within each worksheet create a list of at least 5-7 competitors and as you use these tools (adespresso, adicted.io, moat) start taking screen shots of the ads and add them to your worksheet. You will soon begin to see how early state competitor runs its Facebook advertisements VS a brand name. You will notice that a brand name competitor will showcase their 'brand name' in bold letters in the Facebook ads VS an early stage competitor who would focus on the "action" they want the user to take based on the "benefits/features" of their product. In the video you will also see how you can being part of your competitor's marketing funnel and/or sales funnel so you can see how they are enticing their customers via ads and what type of landing page they bring them to. From there, you can reverse engineer their marketing funnel and use it to create your strategy. In the video, I also discuss how you can and you should look for ads in other niches, so you can see what is working there and bring it to your niche and stand out of your competitors. I highly recommend that you do your honest research before you start any marketing campaign and understand that there is no magic pill that will bring you, customers. You have to put in the effort, you have to do the research. And the goal of this video is to give you a starting point on how to spy on your competitors. ---------------------------- NOTE: Adicted.io is permanently closed as of now, which is a bummer. ---------------------------- How to Install Facebook Tracking Pixel on Shopify? https://youtu.be/_DA1HGvyMz4 Facebook Ad Strategy for Beginners https://youtu.be/3UnZDqs78bI Facebook Audience Insights Tool: Tutorial https://youtu.be/zLku-KyFBOk Create Custom Audience https://youtu.be/whu-yBsgps0 Create Lookalike Audience https://youtu.be/dLrzhWsR_Qg Creating Facebook Ads https://youtu.be/qShIQaQTMA8 Creating Facebook Ad Set https://youtu.be/B1zRulF8KAI Split Test on Facebook Ads https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6H2hPIBHi8 Split Test on Facebook Ad SETS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhH1_ETiBr8

LyreBird is an Artificial Intelligence that allows you to clone your voice. 00:03 This tiny room is the home to a startup called liar bird. It was founded by Yahshua's former students and has built an APP that can clone your voice. Your speaking about this new algorithm to copy of voices is they can make a say anything really anything. One of its founders is this guy, Mexican expat Jose. He taught me the art of the club. 00:30 So you'll need to record yourself for a few minutes of audio. 00:36 Thousands of letters danced across the amateur author screen. When you start to eat like this, something is the matter. You guys better quit politics and take in washing. I don't know where that one came from. 00:52 Okay, so create my digital voice now. Creating a digital voice. It takes at least one minute. One minute. Oh my God. Yeah. So before to create some artificial voice of someone, you would need to record yourself or are at least eight hours. Test Your Voice. Alright, so now I get the types of things. Yeah, so the moment of the truth. Okay. 01:17 What's layer birds? Ai has worked its magic. After I'm done 01:20 typing. Going to spell that out. Any words I put into the APP can be played back in my digital voice, and here's the crazy thing, 01:30 even words I never actually said in the first place, artificial intelligence technology seems to be advancing very quickly. Should we be afraid? I mean I can definitely hear by voice in there. That's. That is. That's really interesting. I just picked those words at random and I definitely did not say some of them and it's like flawless and being able to sort of pick from just about anywhere and manufacturer it. 01:56 Hello world is the best show I have ever seen. 02:02 This technology seemed sweet but lends itself to all manner of trickery. Have popped back to my hotel to test out the library and technology a little bit and you can see some really obvious ways that this could be abused. This is, this is fake. Donald Trump talking 02:25 United States is considering in addition to other options, stopping all trade with any country doing business with North Korea 02:32 and then you can picture of somebody taking over your voice and creating some mayhem in your personal life. Now to really put my computer voice to the test, I am going to call my dear, sweet mother and see if she recognizes me. 02:54 Hey Mom, where are you guys up to today when it's shut that we didn't have any electricity 03:00 early this morning and we're just hanging around the house. 03:03 I'm just finishing up work and waiting for the boys to get home. Okay. I think I'm coming down with a virus. 03:11 Oh, well you feel bad. Hey, 03:15 I was messing around with you. You were talking to a computer. 03:18 I felt like I was talking to you. This mic. 03:22 Is that scary or are good? 03:24 It could be scary if it was something really important. I always knew that. I don't know. It sounds like. Is it 03:42 after realizing that anyone with the time and inclination could mess with my life? It was only one thing left to do. I joined Hosea and a few other lyrebirds to chat more about the evils of Ai. Well, dulling my fear with food. 03:57 Obviously some people are freaked out by this technology because we're already blurring the line about truth. In reality. Of course there is some risk in, in people using this kind of technology for better applications. Unfortunately, technologies, it's not possible to stop it, so the ethical, but then we have this idea is to show these to people, to make them know that this kind of technology is available to make them more cautious, cautious on this kind of subject. We really believe that right now, when the technology is not perfect is the right time to let people play. They get used to it slowly so you guys think that the idea is just sort of knew and that's why it scares people, but if you get used to it, it's just that's just the way it is. We want our technology to be used for, for positive things. It's not something that we should be really afraid of. It's something that we should be careful about, but I feel enthusiastic about. 05:02 It's nice to be enthusiastic. It's also nice to meditate on the consequences of your inventions instead of turning our souls over to chance and blind luck. It is kind of cool to be a cynical bastard in my new artismal computer voice. ************************************************************ Watch the Full video by Bloomberg here: (its really cool ;-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dk7h22mRYHQ ************************************************************

Facebook advertising is a great way to drive traffic to your e-commerce store. But running ads is just the beginning and you should always be split testing your Facebook ads or ab testing your Facebook ads in order to find out which ones lead to most conversions. Because some image/text/headline combination might appear relevant to one set of customer and other combination could appear relevant to other. That's why ongoing Facebook ad optimization is very critical. Each Ad has multiple segments that you can ab test. eg: - Text on top - Image - Headline - Description - URL name - Button But you should always split test 1 thing at a time. For example, for your first test, create 4 duplicates of one ad and only change the image. And the run the ad so you have around 500 - 700 clicks and see which Ad gives you the most conversions. Select that Ad, and for next split test, use that image but test out 4 variations of the Text on Top and let it run. Keep doing this until you find the Best ad with highly converting the combination of text/image/headline/description/button and then use that to pump up your campaign. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ How to Install Facebook Tracking Pixel on Shopify? https://youtu.be/_DA1HGvyMz4 How to SPY on Competitors Best Facebook Ads? https://youtu.be/josTTjJ-GFA Facebook Ad Strategy for Beginners https://youtu.be/3UnZDqs78bI Facebook Audience Insights Tool: Tutorial https://youtu.be/zLku-KyFBOk Create Custom Audience https://youtu.be/whu-yBsgps0 Create Lookalike Audience https://youtu.be/dLrzhWsR_Qg Creating Facebook Ads https://youtu.be/qShIQaQTMA8 Creating Facebook Ad Set https://youtu.be/B1zRulF8KAI Split Test on Facebook Ad SETS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhH1_ETiBr8

Which one should you pick for your online marketing campaigns for your business? Google Adwords and Facebook Ads are the Two main digital advertising networks. But which one is good for you? It all depends on what your business is and is governed by what user's "intent' is when they are on each network. Google Adwords: People visit Google when they want to find a solution to a question or problem they have. eg: when they want to repair their wedding dress, find clothes for burning man, find cheap airline tickets etc. Then, Google AdWords works well because you can direct users to your product and/or contact page and generate a lead because users are in the mind to buy or solve their problem. Facebook Ads: People visit Facebook to find out what their friends are up to and check out images, videos etc from them. They are not looking to buy a product or solve a problem they have. So if you show them ad regarding your product, it won't convert as well. Use Facebook ads to target broader segmented audience that you can target based on what their interests, behavior etc. In the video, I also share what kind of landing page you should bring users to and how much is CPC for each platform. Follow these basic suggestions when you are creating online marketing campaigns for your business.

Who doesn't want more Instagram followers? The first step in getting more free followers Instagram is to get your post in front of the most number of people. The Instagram community still uses hashtags to find relevant images. The first step is to do the Instagram hashtag research like a pro. ----------------------------- What is the correct number of hashtags you should use on an image? There are different schools of thought and some say to use 5 or 10 hashtags, I say use the maximum number of hashtags IG allows you to use. But the mistake most people make is using highly competitive hashtags, which serve no purpose. So I like to distribute my 30 hashtags in the following way: - 5: most popular (most likely they are competitive) - 5 hashtags: that have around 1 Million posts - 10 hashtags: that have between 500k - 1Million posts. - 10 hashtags: less than 100K posts This will allow you to have a good distribution of hashtags. ----------------------------- There are 3 Instagram hashtags research hacks that I use to get most views on my client's images. 1: Using Tool: Uber Suggest 2. Instagram Hashtag research features 3. Competitor's hashtag research UberSuggest.io is a great tool to find keywords related to your industry and then use those keywords on search feature on Instagram to find relevant and less competitive hashtags and add them to your list. And the third thing is there, you don't have to pay them back, which is these are professional investors and they understand the risks. 02:42 The cons of doing money from angel or VC says, most likely they will require a seat on your board. Number two is they will take significant equity from your company. So something to keep in mind, right? The third is they may or may not keep an eye on your operations and get involved your day to day activities. And number four, which is very critical, especially if you're trying to raise money from VCs, is if you as a CEO is not performing well based on what they are expecting. They're expecting their expectations based on gross revenue users. Whatever your setup in the beginning, if you're not meeting those expectations, you can be pushed out of your own company by the board. 05:46 Debt financing. So debt is a loan you can get from banks, credit unions, a line of credit, and their pros and cons associated with debt financing. So first pro as it's comparatively easier to get money from a bank, then getting money from investors. Number two, there is no loss of equity. The con is if your business goes under, you will have to pay them back the money that you have actually borrowed from them. Number two is they will require some sort of collateral in exchange for the money 06:47 Number three is incubators. So there are multiple incubators depending on where you're located. So if you are in Silicon Valley, for example, we have YC, 500 startups that a lot of fashion incubator as well. So if you are in the early stage of businesses, you have some proven proof of concept. Usually, for about five to seven percent equity in your company, they will give you between 50 to $100,000 so at least it gets you going and gets you off the ground. 08:35 Number 4 is Presales, so from a customer's entice your customers that special incentive to get pre-orders from them. You don't necessarily have to utilize crowdfunding platforms from this, but you can take preorders on your own website. An example, if you're trying to sell a jacket, you know how you're going to upload image of six, six jackets in different colors and ask customers to preorder and it's whoever pet odors, you can give them 10, 20, or 30 percent discount and state that the top three most bordered colors of this jacket or most voted, most preorders that you get from whichever jacket. 09:27 Number 5 is through retailers, but this would require for you to build a relationship with the retailers and require some sort of negotiation negotiating skills from your site. So typically retailers, we'll pay you after the product sells, but if you build a relationship with them, you can negotiate them to get a deposit for your collection. In this video I am going to show you 7 Untapped ways to do keyword research that your competitors don’t know about. These are the ways that I use for my clients when searching keywords for them. Google's keyword research tool has been ok but the problem is, everyone else is using that tool and when you search there, it will only give you variations of that keyword. 7 Keyword Research Strategies: #1: Wikipedia.org: Search for your keyword or term and it will show your most popular articles on wikipedia. Then uses "content" section and related links to other articles from these articles. #2: Quora.com: Search for your key term and see what kind of questions people are asking on Fashion Merchandising or your topic. Then uses the results to pick untouched keywords and/or questions to create blog posts. #3: Reddit.com: Enter your main keyword and click on subreddits. It will show your popular topics there and use them for your blog post and/or keywords. #4: Google: Auto fill: Type in your keyword and don't press enter. Google will show you most popular search terms that has your keyword. #5: Google: Related Searches: After you have entered your keyword, click enter. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and Google shows your "related searches" and this is great way to find other keywords. #6: YouTube.com: Enter your main keyword and don't press enter. Google will recommend you what other keywords that are being searched with your main keyword. #7: Amazon.com: This is my favorite. Search for main keyword and visit books section. Open the book and you can find Table of Contents. Use those as keywords and/or blog topics. Please share which one is your favorite. I love #7. If you have other ways you search for keywords, please do share so we can learn together from each other. thank you :-)

Customer awareness or prospect awareness is the first step when starting your marketing funnel. If you are starting out or already have been in business you can always revisit your prospect awareness funnel. Your main goal at this stage is to find out your target market and make them aware that they have a problem which will eventually be solved by your product. But you do not start by offering your product first, you start by nurturing a relationship with them. Get them to trust you and get familiar with your brand. Then, and only then you should offer them your product as a solution for their problem. As I mentioned in the Solution phase, creating solution based content is very important because that will establish your 'brand' value and provide the customer an ability to get a glimpse of your company's caring culture. In my other video, I discuss what are the 3 stages of your marketing funnel, you can visit it here if you want to learn more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nc4U-ik6Hb0 thanks

But always remember, to test 1 Variable per ad set. eg: if you want to compare to ad sets on location, they keep all the settings the same but only change Location for the ad set. eg: One Ad set: the United States & Second Ad set: Canada This way, you would know if US or Canadian customers are converting the most or not.
